Every week in the Gentle Yoga for Natural Calm program, we have a half-hour Zoom session. This has been one of the most requested and loved practices, so I wanted to share it more widely.
Blending polyvagal theory, pranayama breathing and restorative yoga practices to soothe the nervous system, this would be a great practice to wind down for the evening, or before bed for better sleep.
You'll need a chair for this one, and a blanket or cushion.
