We work together, choosing from practices like mindful breath-based movement, restorative yoga, meditation, or deep relaxation to create a personalised practice custom-designed for your body, your mind, your lifestyle and the season.

Your sessions take place on Zoom, or at my Yoga & Meditation Cabin in Geeveston

You’ll receive a complementary practice chart or video so that you can keep going with your practice afterward, and I’ll be available for follow-up questions and advice.

In the modern Yoga class, we’re often all expected to practise in the same way, even though we all have different bodies, lives, work and constitutions. But this is a recent development in the long history of Yoga. Before this, an individual would be given practices specifically tailored to benefit her mental & physical well-being.

In your personalised sessions, we work together to craft an easily accessible practice for you that suits your body, lifestyle, available time and energy levels … a practice that is based on your priorities and desires for physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Practices with me are non-judgemental and friendly, and held in the comfort of your own home or office via Zoom, or at my yoga cabin in Geeveston, Southern Tasmania.

We start with where you are, how you are, and what you feel comfortable with.

If you’re joining me on Zoom, all you need is a quiet space and a device on which you can access Zoom, and I’ll take care of the rest.
