Themed along the cycles of the year to cultivate well-being for each season, my afternoon retreats are relaxed, friendly and slow-paced.

All afternoon retreats are held in my warm peaceful yoga cabin near Geeveston, a serene space that will make you feel like you're a world away from everything.

Every retreat includes a delicious and nourishing afternoon tea.

Beginners are always most welcome, and the group is never any larger than 8 people. Our little yoga community is very friendly and welcoming!
