Join in just to light up your life and nurture yourself, or take it a step further along with me… I’ll be practising every day through June 1st to 26th October to raise awareness and funds for Australia for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency.

– Just do the practices; you’re welcome to take them & share them for free. When you light yourself up with health and well-being, you bring light into your corner of the world & to the people around you. Even a simple 5 minute meditation like this one can make a big difference.

Here and on my Facebook Page I’ll be sharing Bring Back the Light practices anyone can do, including Sun Salutes, (including Chair Salutes and wrist or knee-friendly Sun Salutes), meditations and guided relaxations…practices that honour the light in all of us, and that keep us mentally & physically healthy and lit up! You choose your practices along the way, and I’ll offer PDF charts, recordings, tips and encouragement as we practice together.

My hope is that this project will offer a light hearted and nurturing way of bringing light into a world that often seems dark and filled with heartbreak & destruction. It can get you down, but we can still keep working and living for light, hope and peace. And we serve best when we’re well. Thanks to everyone who came to our Deep Relaxation Session and our Sun Salute session in winter!

For this next event, join with me and come and do your own favourite Bring Back the Light practice as I practise 108 Sun Salutes on the 26th Oct.  Join in with a few of your own, or do your own meditation, or help us keep count! This will be a relaxed, join-in-as-you-please session, time and venue to be announced – somewhere in the beautiful Huon Valley.
